I absolutely loved my stay at the Brent Hotel. I stayed one night after a concert at Wembley. Easy to get to and from the stadium. 10-15 minute walk from Preston Rd station, but I would recommend walking back in a group The hotel is easy to find and very secure, which is great. The staff at reception, Andy, was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me useful tips on how to get back quicker after the concert and avoid queues at the tube. He was also there still at the reception when I got back and despite the long shift was still as welcoming as ever! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only slight criticism is around the shower which went from cold to scalding hot despite my point the temperature dial between 0 and 25 degrees…there must be a trick to not getting burnt but sadly I didn’t find it. So a quick shower for me. This is a minor criticism in my view and I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Friendly informative reception on arrival. Comfy room. Made welcome. Cost was reasonable as I purchased the day tickets went on sale before prices increased. Everything was clean. Coffee/tea/biscuits were avaliable in room. Towels avalible shower hot and working well. Locality to nearest tube station which is 10 min walk and a 30sec ride straight to Wembley and getting back was fantastic. All other commuters were going into Central London which meant we had no queue for northbound met line getting back to hotel. We managed to park into the hotel grounds (Approx 6 spaces) but street parking avaliable close by that isn't permit.

A friend and I bought tickets to a match at Wembley last minute and needed close accommodation. This was the only place close by that wasn't expensive, so I wasn't expecting as much. I ended up being more than impressed. Keeping in mind that it's not a 5-star hotel, you can't beat the value for money here. I had lost my passport and phone charger just before getting here, and the man working the counter helped both to make the journey less stressful and gave us tips to get to the stadium in time for the match that was starting in 45 minutes. The individual was an absolute gem of a human being who seemed truly genuine.

The staff are very nice and make you feel very welcome. They are happy and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a lovely twin room with an en-suite toilet and shower. Tea and coffee are available in the room, including a small.fridge, Beds made up lovely, providing towels and hand wash including shower gel and a hair dryer. A nice little desk, a wardrobe with drawers. 35 minute walk to Wembley stadium or to the designer fashion outlet or uber £6.76 buses run regularly. Free WiFi and signal is strong. Parking is first come, first served basis. Lovely

We stayed here for the eras tour literally only a two minute tube stop away. We were very lucky and got our room upgraded as we were the first to arrive. The guy on the front desk was absolutely amazing and so helpful giving us dinner recommendations and directions to the tube station. He was the best part of the whole stay and had us laughing and joking and made us feel very at home, he even stayed up a bit later to wait for everyone who was going to the concert. The room was good for the value. Not the most modern but a clean safe place to stay.
